Three years ago, I went on my first hike, and being around other veterans gave me a comfort that’s hard to explain, but in short, I felt at home.  I took over in July of this year, after supporting the previous LC. Her recommendation is what led me to accept the position.

What I love most about IW is that everyone is accepted, whether they’ve seen combat or not. My hobbies and interests are mostly outdoors-related. I volunteer with Team Rubicon as a Sawyer, responding to the aftermath of natural disasters to help those in need. I also enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, and lifting weights.
