    Calling veterans in Milwaukee! We bring veterans together to create a life-saving support network. The bonds formed at our events are often lasting. Our events not only pull veterans out of isolation, they are sure to give your mental health a boost in the right direction.

I’m a Navy veteran from Wisconsin.  I tried for years to find what I was missing or what I didn’t know I was missing after getting out.  In 2006 my world was shaken when my dad, a Vietnam veteran, died by his own hand. I truly believe he would have been saved had IW  been around then.  In
2020 the inaugural IW Milwaukee hike changed my life forever. I found the largest support network I could ever imagine.  I found what I was missing since I got out.  I found my tribe!  In 2021 I was given the Milwaukee hike.  This has given me confidence in who I am again, they don’t judge me, and love me for being me, nothing more. I can shine being who I am because of Irreverent Warriors!  Thank you so much for this amazing new life!
